1. bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in automobile, machinery, mechanics, material or related subjects;
2. able to establish finite element analysis model according to requirements, complete calculation and analysis of structural stiffness, strength and modal fluid;
3. solve questions emerged in the solution procedure, analyze and interpret the results, compile calculation analysis reports, able to form accurate judgements on the calculation results and offer advice for optimization;
4. good communication skills, strong ability in self-study, a willing spirit for cooperation;
5. those familiar with hypermesh, abaqus, ls-dyna, nastran, fluent and other cae software are preferred.
